Kealapono | Mindfulness, Meditation, & Mysticism

Kealapono is on a path to spark joy in regularly practicing mindfulness, meditation, and mysticism. During his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, he spent time learning Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Zen meditation, and Yoga. This experience opened him to the worldview of interconnectedness through mindfulness, and he began exploring practices around health and wellness, spirituality and healing, and regenerative community farming.

While exploring the spiritual and healing arts he started practicing QHHT, a method of Hāʻupuʻupu, or deep remembering and connection with one’s wise mind, their core essence. This technique enabled him to connect and speak with a greater level of consciousness. A superconsciousness, within every person.

It's led him to believe that best way to know,—is to experiment. Try something out and see how it goes, learn from the experience, and share it with one another. For Kealapono, its sparking joy in what comes naturally to him; practicing mindfulness, meditation, and mysticism. Awakening the true potential within.
